Gallery Makers & Experienced TGP owners

I have a question to all you:

I did a search on one of our domain names & found a shitload of our galleries 'on' other domains that are not affiliated with us. Not a link to our gallery but THE ENTIRE GALLERY (HTML & PICS) copied and being served from their server (including our affiliate code) I don't think this is a new gift from webmasters in serving our galleries on their bandwidth - so why would these people be doing it? It's not just one domain - and the whois points to different companies in different parts of the world & on different servers.

How do I stop them from doing this? What legal action can be taken to stop them?

They are not the greatest galleries - but they are clean (the ones on our server) & they normally get listed on most of the bigger TGP's for that reason.

Hypothetically speaking - if they are submitting to other TGP's then redirecting the traffic & the sites realize that it's on more than one server - they could simplify their banning by banning my sponsor code? At first this was one site/server - now it's a shitload - they actually have more pages on google than I do.......

shit like this happened to us too, we discovered many galleries (not on our servers) sending hits... almost all domains belong to russians, polish and ukrainins .
imagine how many galleries are stolen and have the linking codes changed...

Flashfreak......the thing is that on those sponsor codes there are alot of chargebacks and after awhile there weren't signups anymore so I'm thinking something worse. The companies are from NL, US, & Belize........not necessarily Russian (but who says whois is correct) anyhow I don't think it is of any benefit to me - I don't need someone 'doing' work for me that I can't control NOR did I ask for it, nor did they offer - so I'm definitely inclined to think that there is a snake in there..... Nobody would take the time to promote your gallery with your codes on their time & money for nothing.......

They do this to redirect the gallery later to an autoloading dialer - they don't bother changing the linkcodes, it's just to get listed and redirect the traffic

Ref codes still intact? Track the domain back through the
loops and I'll bet you a beer you're a victim of Promax.

He/They steal galleries enmass, resubmit them, then pull them
once the traffic starts to flow.

It's something to worry about, they can get you banned all
over the place by TGPs that track you by your ref codes instead
of emails or domains.

I've done more than my share of cleaning up after these jerks.

This AVS pays my mortgage!

Some_idiot.......Promax is fucking making me nuts cleaning up after them day after day on our tgps.

Excuse the newbie question but how do you 'Track the domain back through the loops'

Most importantly how do I get these guys to stop - I'm fucking tired of always starting from scratch again - it fucking seems like everytime my wheels are turning in balanced fashion, some fucking asshole puts a stick in my spokes!
