Domain name - Worth anything ?

I've had a couple un-solicited offers for it,
the last one for a grand.
Should I sell it or develop it ? Anyone have any good concepts for it ? I'm all ears. Thanks in advance.

Definitely shoulda ran with the grand. If you dont have any idea by now what to do for the domain, its doubtful you'll have one thats going to be worth $1K solely based on the domain name.

unless you have a type in domain or a name of a company....you should sell, if you want to develop a site under a name you can find plenty of domains available to develop under...

Take the money and make a site under a different domain. Not worth giving up a grand for just a domain like that, which is worth at most $300 imo.
