I smoked Marlboro Reds for years. I could smoke any full flavor smokes and they didn't bother me at all. Started smoking menthols and they make any other cigarettes taste like shit.
So, now I'm stuck on Menthols and those fuckers are poison. Aside from being worse for your lungs you can feel that shit fucking with you. 1 year of Menthols and I can feel shit I couldn't after years of full flavor smokes. Just a heads up to menthol smokers. So way more addictive huh ? I gotta try and cut back on my thc intake. That certainley can't be helping things heh he

best advice of course is
1) do not smoke at all but if you gotta smoke, not only do NOT smoke menthols...but do not smoke American cigs... 2) smoke Rothmans or some other euro-cig as they don't put in quite the amount of NASSSTY fucking chemicals that the good people at the US based tobacco companies feel obliged to...
