cars? bah humbug. I have a 1994 mazda 626 with a very good sounding stereo. No, it doesn't go boom-boom-boom. I have more class than that.

BUT, the more important question is this: How many of you ride motorcycles and if you do, what is your brand?

I have a 1999 BMW F650 and I have to tell you that Winter months suck. Can't go for a ride when strss gets to me. *sigh*

Cars. Wouldn't need one here with all the warm sunny tropical weather.

I ride a motorbike. Honda (of course).
XR 400. Just for kicks.

hmmm.... that car of liquid's sounds like a real monster and you, Mr. Tropical Sunny Weather, can eat my shorts. It's barely above freezing here. Yesterday I started the bike and took it for a short cruise around the house (We have a wrap-around driveway). Would've gone down the driveway and for a REAL ride despite the chilly air, but snow cover on a slanting driveway with a 90 degree bend in the middle and motorcycles just don't mix. It's a matter of physics, I think.

Make a deal with you, though, Mr Tropical Weather Honda (of course) Person... I'll send you a nice refreshing snowcone if you'll send me some of that nice warm weather you got.

Deal?

Black 2000 GTI 1.8t -- I need to do the chip mod for the turbo so I can get it up over 200hp -- and i need some wider wheels I think -- I can take off in 1st gear and just spin in place -- even w/ the ASR turned on I'm still screeching all over the road -- after that I'll probably do some bullshit w/ the air filter -- but I'll probably leave the exhaust alone -- I want to be stealthy and damn I need the windows tinted too...

found these "quiet" tires on tirerack.com, Yokohama?s AVS dB -- quiet tires would be really cool... if you want to see a really cool Volkswagon site check out nudespeed.com -- I'm going to set up a trade over there soon.

I drive a 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis.
Pictured below (well mine is blue), but they all look the same. People think i'm a cop until they notice the rims and other chrome aftermarket shit.

I also have a Ford Explorer. 1998 that I got from an auction. It's very nice but needs transmission work. I may drop the transmission and rebuild it before April. Also picked up a 1992 Mercedes, but I'm selling it this weekend. Aren't sheriff auctions the shit!!!

hey xApster.... can I see the data that you used when doing the calculations that lead up to your last post?

I've driven lots and lots of things in my life and so far the only one that worked well was when I drove myself crazy.

Froggs, Lizards, Ribbit, Toes...

Since everyone else is putting up pics of their vehicle of choice/desire, I will put up a pic of mine. Here's Froggy's playtoy and main means of transportation when the weather is nice:

This pic came from a dealer's site, but it's the same make, model, year and color as mine.

And for the record, I'll take a bike over a convertible ANY day. Although I do have my eye Lensman's car......

I have a cavalier with 3 12's being pushed by nearly 1,000 watts. Blacked out windows, dual exhaust, 6 tweeters.

Depending on how much money I end up profiting by Jan 1st, i'll either get a silver T-Top Camaro (preferebly Z28) or a 01+ Tahoe on 24's.

What model Ducatis? I sold the ones I had, but I still have a Laverda and a few Guzzis.

Nothing newer than '80.
