We need a lawyer to get started

			Hello,

we are currently searching for an internet lawyer in the US who can help us with incorporation and model contracts/ release forms and stuff like that. We are currently on a tight budget but we know that legal protection is a top priority, so we are looking for a good but also reasonable priced lawyer, if you could suggest one we would be very happy. thanks for your help ![]() |

Let me tell you the best way to get a good lawyer for a very good price, NETWORK. There are thousands of ways to go about meeting a good lawyer. Let me tell you how I found mine; I had my girlfreind who is a stripper talk to all the guys she gave lap dances to about my company and how I needed a good lawyer to represent me. She finally met a young guy that new some people that new some people that owned a law firm, we met them, drank some beers with them, and became close freinds and know they are on my side for any legal help I need and the per hour price was cut in half, alot of the stuff like contracts they have there lawyers in training do for free. You have to network and hope you get lucky or else you will end up paying $250 an hour for a decent lawyer. If this does not work out visit this guy at the below website, he should be able to point you in the right direction. Hope this helps you. http://www.firstamendment.com/

I network like crazy but when it comes to legal advice...I am not about to listen to a friend of a friend of some drunk guy that has been paying my girl to rub his dick in the back room of a dirty stripclub. We are talking about adult law here and I can think of one specific attorney who, in the opinions of other adult attorneys, misguides his clients on 2257 issues. Knowing this....How in the hell could you trust your life and freedom to an attorney who does not specialize in Adult Internet Law? |

I could not afford a lawyer that charges me $500 just to make a god damm contract. I agree with you that its not the best way to find a lawyer but it is if if you are looking for a damm good deal and you are desperate. The firm has people that concentrate in just about every area including internet law so they indeed know what they are dealing with. Dont be so stupid Aaron, even a dumb lawyer is better than no lawyer at all. Do what you have to do and if a better lawyer comes up along the way ditch your old one. Its not rocket science Aaron, its just called common sense, something I think you might be missing. |
