Anyone tried any fat burners?
I did some hydroxycut about 2 months ago and it did pretty well. I am going back to the gym full time (7 times a week) and thought I may try something new. Heard good things about xenadrine and zantrex but didnt use them personally. Any comments would be great.

cause i LOVE food, dont get me wrong I do enough cardio to burn of any fat food i may eat (which is realy rare) but to have more muscle definition fat burners really do wonders. I refuse to eat only bacon, butter and eggs all week long and drink nothing but water.

Hydroxycut is about all you need. Anything more and you are involving too many other potential problems. Go atkins only if you never wanna come back to a regular diet. Humans are omnivores not carnivores.

Are those fat burning tables not dangerous to use ? I take it they just speed up your metabolism ? Anyone have any info on how much weight you can lose taking these tables in a week - month ?

you wont loose shit just taking them, you need to excersise....most make your heart beat faster which results in you sweating more

They aren't magic pills to make you lose weight.. although they sort of advertise it like that.

I went from 210 to 160 in 4 months. I used the hydroxycut for 1 full month within those 4 months. Im bout 170 now but I want a six pack so gonna go back on them for a little while.

I took 4 per day (2 in the morning 2 after the work out) and took a break after 2 weeks and saw no difference. I guess different things work differently on different ppl.
