Why don't people fill out their ICQ profiles with info that identifies who they are?!

I must be lucky, I get a lot notices about people adding me to their list, but many of them never say anything to me. I don't think I've ever had an ICQ convo that wasn't webmaster related.

Shit, the spammers will find ya, no matter what, they just need a program that will send it and generate the numbers randomly.

But hell, I deal with so many ICQ's a day, that I don't give a shit anymore, anybody can have it, hell it's in my sig now, but I don't talk to them, unless they verify who the hell they are!

The more info you have in your ICQ profile, the more likely it is that you will be contacted by random people because their search criteria matched the info in your profile.

If you enjoy being hounded by random people, then you should fill out everything.

I am not sure what your are doing, but I have a full profile in my ICQ and I received Spam only twice in my whole ICQ time. So, it was easy to take them on the ignore list. But probably I am just a lucky guy
