iBill chargeback fuck up
Maybe its just me...
Guy has been with my site for over a year (rebilling each month), today I get 3 emails from ibill saying he has charged back the last 3 months, there are a few ways of looking at this: 1. The guy sweetalked ibill into giving him the chargebacks so ibill are morons for accepting it. 2. The card was stolen so ibill's systems are so crap that they cannot spot a stolen card in over a year and a half. 3. its a mistake (yeah right !) I've been with ccbill for almost a year, 0 chargebacks and they pay on time every time. Anyhow, I'm cancelling all rebills with ibill - this is the final straw - there ain't that many left on there anyhow - I've never met such a numbnut fucktard driven company in all my life. To the guy that posted about ibill or verotel - don't touch ibill they fucking suck big time - they still owe all us Euro webmasters our reserve for the last 3 months - and it ain't resolved yet so bye bye xmas money. |

If owing many of your customers thousands of dollars each, issuing chargebacks when customers have not charged back, underpaying clients, lying to the industry, ignoring support issues affecting your customer base, issuing confusing press releases, defrauding associated entities, stabbing senior management in the back and generally behaving in a reckless manner are all good things to do/be then iBill are a shining example of worlds best practice billing management.
