I am collecting E-mail addresses off my sites for double opt-in lists.

I want to be as proper as possible and log all dates/ip addresses of signups / confirms in the case of any accusations of "spam".

I currently use MojoMail which does not offer this (To my Knowledge) as a complete package. I would be interested in something similar that allows me to do everything from one interface but offers detailed signup logging.

Any suggestions?
