I am tired of the idiots that go to conventions

Just for the record, no kids are allowed at my wedding. Kids should be left at home unless you are eating at sizzler.

Speaking of which...I think my invitation got lost in the mail.

I don't think the issue is JUST whether or not kids are acceptable at a 5 star resteraunt, or at a private dinner of "ADULT" webmasters....but whether or not people want kids to be there at all.

Some people don't get real vacations and use these conventions big or small as a working vacation...and sometimes that means they get away from their own kids.

If I was one of those I would not want one of my few real nights out with the adults to be hampered by someone who couldn't do something so simple as to find a baby sitter.

This is not a swipe at you Ian...I don't have kids but my nieces have lived with me on and off for 10 years now and 99% of my time now is devoted to their health and happiness whether that is me working or fun time.

I would like to know that if I had taken the time and money to travel to LA that I would have been able to spend my time with only adults.

Now as far as the heavy partying is concerned...lol...there's a few people on this thread who met me last year at the show and still don't remember who I am...I had fun...got a bit tipsy but I remember every damn last one of ya'....oh well...we'll try it again in a bit over a month

How was the drug use at the show? still a ton of ecstasy and coke?

I never saw either of those this time.

and just to shore the rest of things up, i aint got anythignbad to say about anyone else at pornkings, as carol said, "never had issues" carol knows me, we are good friends and i hold her in HIGH esteem. along with everyone else at PK aside from "Mr. PornKing" who might need to check out for a while and get his little ego in check.

I think you got the wrong impression of the LA show, while I must admit that I'm lame now and don't get oblivously drunk I thought the show was very productive from a business standpoint. I thought the seminars were top-notch and very informative, I learned some things about the new Visa regs I didn't have a chance to brush up on yet. In addition I think the overall networking aspect of it was great, reminded me of the old Orlando shows were everyone just kinda hung out and chatted. Had great small dinners both nights with friends and attended both parties, was in bed both nights by 3 so looks like I mised out on the destruction but I can tell you this, if they woke my sober ass up to throw me outta the hotel I wouldn't have been a happy camper. Only ones I saw doing drugs were the celebs in Hollywood on Friday when I went out after the party does that count? Send someone to the next show in Feb to report back for you, was a great show in my opinion and sounds like it for everyone else save for the few idiots.

that will be my last pass at roger in a public forum, all thats needed to be said at this point from me has been said, unless roger presists. this was not ment to tarnish PK in any way, just something between roger and i that wasnt started by me.

I think you made a mistake. Overall the show was good. I was not present when shit was damaged. For the most part I chose to stick with people who are a bit more responsible. I had a great time at the show and you probably would have as well.
