Im looking to add a script to one of my sites but im not sure what it is i should be searching for

Basically i want to offer other webmasters access to a 'feed' of sorts which contains links to html files that rotate daily on their site but pulls the info from my site.

Almost like a moreover.com news feed JS but its something that *I* want to control.

Any suggested scripts or where / what i should be searching for ?

look into RSS/RDF and XML.

Try posting an ad at http://www.scriptlance.com I've seen content syndication scripts bidded and awarded for $30 to $50 range.
