Now, i as a webmaster, get already tons of spam that i shouldnt receive, you can only imagine how many kids get porn in their mail box.

We already had the part where you said kids shoulndt have mail, besides the fact that is a completely idiot comment, it also wont happen...they have mailboxes.

unfortuantely for you. interesting thread. i find spamming interersting but i hate the 100+ emails i get on a daily basis, which filtering is useless because i always lose automated emails from sponsors, ect that i need to read. some points on my opinions about spamming:

-if spamming was such a legitimate form of advertising i don't there would be such a grey area of legality and laws trying to be pushed through to regulate/outlaw it.

-like i said before filters don't really work. i lose emails that i need

- some high school and such actually give kids email addresses, there are courses that teach them how to use the net, email and even html

-if spamming wasn't looked down upon as unethical everyone would do it, conversions would suck and email would be useless.

StupidFuckingWhore Confirmed User Join Date: Apr 2003 Posts: 233	interesting thread. i find spamming interersting but i hate the 100+ emails i get on a daily basis, which filtering is useless because i always lose automated emails from sponsors, ect that i need to read. some points on my opinions about spamming: -if spamming was such a legitimate form of advertising i don't there would be such a grey area of legality and laws trying to be pushed through to regulate/outlaw it. -like i said before filters don't really work. i lose emails that i need - some high school and such actually give kids email addresses, there are courses that teach them how to use the net, email and even html -if spamming wasn't looked down upon as unethical everyone would do it, conversions would suck and email would be useless.
