Anyone wanna help with networking problem?

I set up two of my computers to run off my broadband internet. The internet is working fine, downloads are fast as hell but when I upload to my server I can only do so at a max speed of 8kb/s

When I was only running one computer I was getting 60kb/s++

Anyone know of any reason why it may be doing this?
I used cross over cable to network the two computers together...

Any replies are appreciated. Thanks!

Not sure what your problem may be, but I once had the same problem and then it was almost like it fixed its self. If I think of anything I will be sure to let you know

Thanks for the replies. I'll try getting some new drivers and stuff.

Maybe run a windows update or something...

Ross,

Hate to say it but it sounds about right. My cable connection down here in birmingham has about the same upload speed
I get like 500kbits download / 128 kbits upload

Are you sure you got 60kb/s++ upload speed before?

Yeah mate I'm positive. I worked weekends at my house and then Monday till Friday in my office. We moved out the office coz I built my own office in my house and now I am getting nowhere near what I used to!
