On-line pharmacies
Has anyone heard anything about this? Will other programs follow?
Dear Jeremy, The pharmacy that currently fulfills for pillstore.com, Excelsior Pharmaceutical, Inc., will not fulfill orders for controlled substances based on an online questionnaire, effective immediately. This policy is being instituted to comply with the Federal guidelines published by the DEA concerning the dispensing of controlled substances. All non-controlled medications will continue to be dispensed. We even have some very exciting products coming that are not controlled. We believe that one of them will sell just as well as Phentermine. Expect more information in a few short weeks. Thanks for your continued support. pillstore.com |

most likely... as soon as you offer controlled substances online you stick out like a sore thumb to DEA and FBI. Unless purchased illegally on the wholesale end, theres a paper trail for these types of drugs thats easy to follow.

So, I wonder.
Does this apply to the pharmacies which are overseas? The ones who are sending drugs from India and Pakistan and Chile? It's only a matter of time before someone sues and then goodbye online drugs which are considered controlled substances, like Valium and Hydrocodone.

you want the real low-down on the online pharmacy biz....
there's a forum at www.rxaffiliateforum.com a lot of things are changing and the business is definetely evolving as a result. Controlleds now are MUCH harder to find through US based companies ... they're an instant red flag BUT if you want to risk it, theres HUGE money in them. GOOD LUCK |

Raven they really don't have to shut down the overseas sites selling drugs... all they have to do is pop a few people for receiving them thru the US mail and broadcast it. lol I can imagine what all they could come up with like importing... distribution... Brrr. Lotsa jail time.

A complete waste of time 'cause I don't have one. BUT- Having been in the medical profession, I don't see how any doc can prescribe blindly, several countries away. I think someone is either going to overdose and die or have some horrid reaction. Then, we'll see. Here's the thing, though. With our sue happy country, who does the affected person sue? Some Indian or Pakistani doc who is not licensed in the US? Also, it seems to me.....distributing across international borders... Isn't that considered drug trafficking? I don't have anything against anyone making a living, so don't think I'm coming after those who make a buck selling Valium --- it just seems as if there have to be several laws being bent.
