I am leaning more to the base ball bat idea every post. Sorry boneprone after careful research you have to be honest, they would have paid you by now. I don't think even paypal asks for that much "security verification" to be submitted. The best I can do for you since I do want to see you get your money back is a friend of mine in the banking industry (works for mastercard) might shed some light, maybe nothing but it is a shot.
