    quickbuck email about bulking

    Hello ,

I hope that 2004 has been a good for you thus far, at QuickBuck we've had a
    fantastic 2004 so far!

This notice is just to let you know that we are asking any and all affiliates
who utilize bulk e-mail as a method of advertising that we are going to begin
vigorously enforcing our spam policy. The policy can be found at
    http://www.quickbuck.com/spam.html

The summary of it is, that while we do allow bulk email to be used, you must
maintain verifiable optin information for each and every e-mail you send and
    your e-mail must be solicited.

QuickBuck now has a zero tolerance policy for bulk e-mail. If we receive
complaints and verify through our due dilligence that any bulk e-mail you may
have sent was unsolicited, or was sent through proxy servers, open relays or
virii we will terminate your account immediately without pay.

For the large majority of our affiliates this will have no impact on your
dealings with us, however if you do send bulk e-mail we highly encourage you to
contact us immediately to ensure your account's good standing.

QuickBuck has several new and exciting sites coming in the next week, so stay
tuned and keep checking stats to get the links before everybody else!

    Wiseman & Hooper

I don't think that guys that sending 10m+ mails a day actually collected them themselves and can give you the time and date they opted in to their list

              Way to go Hooper -

It takes a real man to step up to the plate and actually enforce his own spamming rules. Time will tell if you truely have the balls for it
