How do you encode or edit a movie(mpeg) with a URL?

What software do you use?

I mean... a URL pop up in a MPEG when playing on KAZAA.

I know how to encode WMV files to pop up URLS.....I want to it with MPEGS

no dice on the mpeg clips

mpeg4 has the hooks for it, but no body is taken advantage of it so far. but as for mpeg1 and 2. you cant.

You rename the wmv files to mpg.

The last windows critical patch prevents URL's from popping from media player tho, so this is all coming to an end.

you can also just find a non-copyright video and hex edit the url yourself , but as mentioned this doesnt work anymore.
