Question.
If you put Ibill and Verotel on same join page are you in breach of any Credit Card Regs regs. . If so what regs and wher is this stated. |

So what is the solution to this??
I want to offer signup turned down by Ibill ( for reasons other than the cc is no good) as second solution to join. Also, a foreign biller in Euro is attractive to the Euro clientele... Should I setup a redirect by IP country??? This situation is sick....
