full albums on SM legal?

I asked ServerMatrix this question but never received a reply. My question is this. I have many CD's and have converted them to Full Album MP3's, am I allowed to put these MP3's on my server for those who already have the CD so that they can download the MP3's?

It is illegal if you allow surfers to download the mp3's.. BUT it is perfecty legal if you only allow them to stream. That is how mp3-blues.org gets away with offering 1600+ full albums.. they just stream it through andromeda.php
