Damn, I hope so. Family Guy was 100000 times funnier than the Simpsons. My favorite character was Brian the Dog. The best FG episode was when Brian became a police dog and got hooked on coke. Hilarious!

awesome news!! i had heard of a possible straight to dvd family guy movie but this is what i really wanted. tho imagine if they did episodes that went straight to dvd, they could do anything they wanted. anyway, i really hope this happens.

Too good to be true. As much as I miss Stewy, I'm not gonna get too happy 'til I see the promos for myself... and 2005? What a cruel tease...

Brian is AWESOME!

Even better was the time he was thrown in jail and then they show him in his cell and he is looking at a magazine called Hot Bitches, then he looks at it and leans down and licks himself. Fucking classic!

I have them all on dvd, too. I just watched about 20 of them last night while I was working.

I love the one where Brian goes to pick Stewie up from Lois' parents and they look for his mother "Biscuit" on the way home.

The article says this:

"DVD and cable viewers have "created kind of a groundswell that could lead to better ratings" on Fox, Grushow says, although new episodes could end up going directly to Cartoon Network."

I'd almost rather see it on Cartoon Network, because they run them later at night when I have the TV on. I watch FG and Futurama practically every night.

Family Guy rocks!

And to answer a previous question, there were 3 seasons but only 2 DVD's.

The first DVD contains all episodes from seasons 1 and 2.

The second DVD contains all episodes from season 3, plus the famous banned episode: "Once Upon a Weinstein"

Hilarious show!

I never saw it when it was on FOX, I was turned onto it when a friend brought over the DVD's. I couldn't believe the shit they were getting away with!

Funny as hell.

The first time Death comes he is voiced by Norm MacDonald... every time after that Death is voiced by Adam Carolla of "The Man Show" (And in the episode where Peters boss dies, the dog Death is voiced by Jimmy Kimmel)
