A 13-year-old West Hernando Middle School student has been charged with two counts of lewd or lascivious behavior after he allegedly exposed his genitals at school to two female students in a game of "Truth or Dare."
Eighth-grader Paul Robert Jacoby of Brooksville was in class Friday at West Hernando Middle School when he engaged in the game with the two female students, police said.
According to a Hernando County Sheriff's Office report, Jacoby was dared to stand up in class and pull his pants and underwear down. The report said he initially refused.
A short time later, while still at his desk, he pulled his pants and underwear down "exposing his penis to a 14-year-old girl, and 15-year-old girl," the report said.
In sworn statements, both girls claimed that Jacoby offered them money to touch him, but they refused, the report said.
Police said Jacoby then took one of the girl's purse and hair tie, refused to return it and "placed them on his penis before giving it back to her," the report said.
Jacoby was brought to the front office and admitted to school officials what happened.
The Juvenile Assessment Center in Ocala was contacted by telephone and advised of the incident, police said. The center said Jacoby qualified for home detention upon release from the Hernando County Jail.
