You can pretty well expect Acacia's lawyers to submit a motion for extension every time an actual court date is set..
They'll have some rum dum reasons and the judge will probably grant it... Always happens.. |

speaking of which, anyone ever figure out why Acacia spammed everyone on a list they had? isnt spamming illegal in california ?
esp something blatent as a pdf with no name, or info about your infringment. |
