In reading the AVN article, it would appear to be another session with the judge... trial date seems to be in April.

Checked the court docket..not updated.. .but the OnCommand lawsuit is now listed..nothing interesting in the docket.

You can pretty well expect Acacia's lawyers to submit a motion for extension every time an actual court date is set..

They'll have some rum dum reasons and the judge will probably grant it... Always happens..

select California..then type in Acacia for the company name, and you will get some insight into the lawsuits filed by acacia.

speaking of which, anyone ever figure out why Acacia spammed everyone on a list they had? isnt spamming illegal in california ?

esp something blatent as a pdf with no name, or info about your infringment.
