    Acacia Media Technologies - Lawsuit

    Any website using streaming technology to deliver movies will be sued by Acacia Media Technologies after the deadline of Nov 30th?

      You don't have to use streaming technology like M$ or Real to be infringing.. using http (apache) to allow a person to download an AVI/MPG/QT/MOV file from a web server still infringes.

      It will be interesting to see what will happen starting December 1st.
