yeah go for a Dedicated server, and make sure you get a better deal on your bandwidth use. hit me up for more info about ExtremeRack.com servers.

I am just testing the new V9 Windows 2003 Server and it looks great (and much cheaper than Helix)

Regarding the Hardware, juts add an huge amount of main storage and terra's of disk space to it if you plan to set up a video server. And this is not dedicated to any software related stuff
