Actually I watch it all the time, I love watching it, the bigger the home the better, it inspires me to get a bigger and bigger home, I love the opportunity to know what I am striving for.

I have shot contnet at the wu tang house on Mulholland they no longer have the house and their neighbors couldn't be more pleased it was n't even a plce where anyone lived it was their party house and had a hotub in the living room-

Some of the houses look real nice & some don't.
Also you have to remember where they are living. If they are in Beverly Hills then 1-2mil does not buy what it does in the southern states.

One thing to keep in mind is this. Some of the people that are living in those houses may not actually be the owners of them. The record labels, management companies, etc may really own them and the person just lives there as if it is their home.
Id say shaq / jordan, that is definately their crib, the rest of the smaller players, I seriously doubt their names are on the deeds to those places.
The interior decorators are just horrible to say the least. Just because you have money DOES NOT mean you have taste.Comment

I haven't seen too many of those (I don't have cable) but from what I saw, it seems that old school rockets have much better taste then rappers.

It does make sense, because most of the people featured are not millionaires. I know that Shaq's house is his because I've seen his name on the Forbes list as one of the highest paid athletes. Herb is right. The better portion of the homes you see on Cribs are Leased. Due to my day job I deal with this from time to time.
I assure you you would be surprised with the amount of things that celebs and athletes lease under there "business" or are leased for said celeb by their label. Homes, Boats, Cars and when the sales dry up the "cribs" turn into cardboard boxes and bus tickets to moms house. The more I see the more shocked I am with how little most of these people own.Comment
