FYI - Offshore Structure
Just got back from another expensive meeting with my tax lawyer. I have been looking at incorporating in Barbados and putting some of my business there.
I have learned that Barbados has an unstated policy of blocking applications involving adult internet business. Hope this tip will save some of you a step if you are looking at going offshore. If anyone can suggest tax haven countries open to adult biz - it would be most appreciated. |

A few companies use Antigua. FlashCash among them...I seem to recall they actually live and work there, though I could be mistaken. Traffic Cash's domains seem to be registered to a Curacao corporation, near the coast of Venezuela.
