Dear iBill EU Client,

Earlier this year you received information via e-mail reminding you of issues related to our international processor and acquiring bank in regards to reserves and associated payouts. Specifically, the communication referenced your iBill EU contract agreement and stated that should our European processor and acquiring bank choose to withhold reserves for any reason, iBill EU would consequently be required to suspend reserve payouts to clients.

One of the criteria our processor and acquiring bank is using in determining reserve holdbacks of all credit card reserves is chargeback ratios. As a result, the reserves are being held pending the resolution of card association regulatory issues related to cumulative chargeback ratios and any potential fines as a result of those ratios. Accordingly, we will be suspending the reserve portion of your semi-monthly payout scheduled for November 19, 2003.

Will that affect webmasters in ibill revshare programs? I dont have a paysite but I do promote a revshare site that uses ibill and they are based in europe.

What a fucking surprise.

I never got my reserve in October, they then sent an email saying it had all been sorted and I would get my reserve owed in November, now I get another email saying that they are witholding payment for November as well !!

ibill are fucking lying hahahahas

I only have rebills with them, but its still my money they are fucking with again.

This is the third withold in 5 months I think

I'm amazed they stay in business.

Yah this is the third time since July. The first time it was withheld for two months the last time it was delayed one payout.

It's all been said before....It's bad business.

I just do not understand why IBill are so bad. I have nothing against them, but presumably they work under the same regulations as any other IPSP, yet they seem to fuck it up all the time somehow.
