Call the super, tell them you will not stop until she is as least suspended does not matter how high up the food chain you have to go or if the kid is fucking graduated high school by the time somethings done with it. also point out the fact that if your attitude right now is taken out in any way with your kid there will be lawsuits flying everywhere and you will ask her/him daily about school. If it doesnt seem they give a shit tell them you have no problem driving to the local paper and seeing if any reporters are up for an invasion of privacy at a public school story(even the super has people to answer to) and if your still not getting anywhere work in the word "lawsuit", simply saying that word changes peoples attitudes dramaticaly.

If you take it in the ass now you will be a target, if you grow a set of seeds, show them you will not back off they will do everything possible to stay the fuck out of your way in the future. Simple life lesson not to many people on this planet seem to understand, as this thread proves, alot of people will just bend the fuck over.

And don't worry about what they will do to your kid, they have very strict guidlines of how they can treat children. I know a public school teacher, she loves her job but actually wants to move on because they can be sued (and lose) for damn near everything.

Having gone thru this myself as you have here, its not fun.

I did call the school board, talked to the principals bosses, etc and got a load of shit from them about it at first then, each time there was a parent teacher meeting I saw the principal that caused me problems similar to yours and asked them why in fron of other parents there did they cause me these issues?

I embarrassed the hell outta them everytime I got the chance for that year. The teacher I called several times to talk to her, left messages, follow up calls on the messages until I got an apology in writing from her.

At the end of that year, she retired......

The principal was over the line and they need to remember they are just teachers and are human like the rest of us. My suitation with my wife, her ex and the school stirred alot of shit for all of us for while and really just made a difficult suitation worse and they told us " in the best interest of the child"......

I hate schools, I hate principals, I hate people that cant keep thier nose out of others business when it comes to extended families.....

What principal gets involved in new student registration? Another question, how did the principal know that the g/f?s child was even associated with another child in her school?

From the smallest public school system to the largest, principals don?t get involved with student registration and/or personal issues unless they want to be fired with grounds to keep their benefits and lawsuit or legal stuff to keep their job.

Something made her react. IMO, I would let another parent make the point. I doubt that any school board is going to side with a porn parent.

I will never send my kids to public school for just this reason. I would demand a joint meeting with the principle and their supervisors and demand an appology.

The principal is trying to run a "happy ship" and is doing her best to try to figure out your situation and see how it affects her school.

If I were a principal I would too.

The really smooth move you could make would be to tell the Principal that you understand her position, thank her for taking the time, and look forward to working with her in the future.

Your kids will all thank you for it.
