I mean if they are married and you were hired to look through his or hers computer to obtain "proof" of infidelity which is what ever standard you hold that too, it would just make the decision easier for him or her to make that final step towards divorce. Nothing novel here. Look the woman is gonna get half either way. I see this as more of a way to show her it may be time to file for divorce. stop fuckin thinking so hard guys.
