Anything has to be better than DirecWay. They promised loads and delivered nothing. I was so upset that I asked for my installation money back. When they refused, I contacted my CC company, explained what was promised and what was delivered and after an investigation they refunded my money. Luckily my local cable company got cable internet like a week after I cancelled my sattelite service, so I didn't have to deal with dialup very long. But good grief, I was getting dialup service and cable prices, so why not just pay for dialup anyway. DirecWay can lick me.
