Drunk driver has 2DRUNK numberplate
November 14, 2003 A MAN whose car number plate reads 2DRUNK has confessed in a New Zealand court to drink-driving. Philip William Bain, 33, faced Dunedin District Court charged with driving while over the limit. Judge Stephen O'Driscoll said Bain's number plate meant he was just asking to be stopped by police.
