Almost all of them can...

If you have 4 memory slots then yes for sure.

Since you can put 4 256mb's

If you have 3, then you most likely can do 3 512mb's max ram.

im not sure what model mobo cuz i dont have the box with me but i do have 4 slots but i thought that 2 of them were for DDR and 2 were for SD ram?

Just got the box now that Im hom and the model is a SiS630 chipset. i believe it has 2 spots for DDr and 2 spots for SD Ram....need to know if anyone knows if it can support 1024 ram using two 512 sticks.....thx
