i need to take about 7 screenshots from each video? is there a program that does a bunch and i can pick from them? also i tried doing an alt+print screen and it comes up blank.

set the hw acceleration to low then u can printscreen away

You can use SnagIt and set it up to take a screen cap every X secs.

Are there any tutorials for how to make multiple screenshots from video in SnagIt.
Its nice proggie but something not working for me.

Try scenalyzer
Crystal clear screencaps. Just input your video and hit F2.. better than hitting Prnt Screen.. Hit me up if you have any questions..
