The one cd that always lifts me up, mellows me out, and I never get sick of....

Jimmy Buffet's Greatest Hits.

I mean, I love GNR's Appetite, I've blacked-out more Ozzy concerts than I know I've been to and I love to switch between Garbarge and Mozart when working,... but that cd just always totally chills and recalibrates me. Could have something to do w/ living in the land of ParrotHeads:)

That cd means I'm stepping away from the monitor even for just a sec.!

Cheers!

It's ok, we know that GnR is like crack for you and you are not responsible for what you do while under the influence :1orglaugh

I'm not a big Zappa fan, but other than that, I agree with this.

This is rare good taste.

I'd pick different Zorn albums, though... like Bar Kokhba. That's a great album.

you probably won't want to hear how i saw them in a tiny bar in kansas city on the nothing's shocking tour march 15 1989. i was so close to the stage that i kept getting dave navarro's sweat all over me.

the stage was so tiny that perry couldn't flail around in his funny football pants so he messed around projecting porno onto the smoke from the smoke machine with an 8mm projector.

not a bad way to spend 10 bucks on a wednesday night :)
