If any of you guys are like me, you hate to take the time to eat, much less cook. To avoid collapsing of malnutrition, I came up with a little method to make a quick breakfast sandwich that creates very little mess and can be made in less than five minutes.

#1 Heat up a small portion of chunked meat (ham, sausage, bacon) on a paper towel in the microwave.

#2 Scramble one egg

#3 Take a small tea saucer and spray the surface with non-stick cooking spray.

#4 When the meat is done...pour the scrambled egg into the saucer, mix the meat into the egss lightly, and put in the microwave for 60 to 80 seconds. At the same time put down two pieces of bread in the toaster.

#5 When the toast pops up, put a slice of cheese on the toast while it is still hot....about that time, the egg/meat will be done...the egg will slide off the saucer easily, right onto the toast.

Voila! 5 minute combat breakfast.
