Johnson had certain ties to certain elements to the point of having meetings with them, and his oil/steel buddies, about various suggestions, remedies.. yada yada..

A time came when John was about to make some decisions that would probably reveal Johnson's ties to organizations less than suitable for his reputation.. and livelihood..

A meeting was called, votes were counted, and the rest is history..

Lee Harvey Oswald was set up by the mob - In my opinion, he did not kill kennedy (Watch the film of Kennedy taking the first bullet - his reactions take him away from the direction of the knoll - An indication that the (first) bullet came from that direction).

Also - Why did a cancer ridden mob-wannabe like Jack Ruby decide to kill Oswald ? (Ruby was known for his links to the mob. Likewise, so was kennedy)

That last question has never really been answered - So it leaves open a wonderful chance for my speculated theory!!!
