Sure one can do that...but realize that a generic name can also be a brand as well...best of both worlds, quite really.

And marketing a new brand is often very, very expensive...sure some folks get lucky, but they're the exception...my other company recently spent another $20K on full page magazine ads alone advertising only a website which itself basically sells no products to visitors...am I crazy?...before answering that, take a look at the sites below...and yes, it's profitable (few thought it could be at first and laughed at me...or was that with me? :)) with many advertisers paying decent money to advertise there...

Why not point the site at a blowjob sponsor that pays $35 per join, and if you get 1-x joins multiple that x 365 and get your price the names worth.

You'd need to do 1/70 to 1/100 sales for it be worth the 120k you want.

10 * 35 * 365 = 127k
