Good upsell for members?
I had a thought that would probably go over well with members of paysites/solosites/whatever.
Guys like a bit of realism. What if you had a feature on your site that allowed a member to post to a form and send a request in for a "fansign". Those stupid things camwhores do for guys. Now - the reasoning behind this is guys love it. And all you would need to do is collect a shitload of them and get your girl to do them all at the same shoot. More stuff to beat off to just means more retention. Just a random idea. I'm sure you could even charge for them!
