Stormpay ChargeBacks, Is there a BlackList?
Some clown has figured out that he can pay for services via StormPay and then chargeback.
Is there some way you can prevent specific customers from making StormPay purchases or am I going to continue to get fucked by this guy until StormPay cancels my account for having a high chargeback ratio?
