Musta been one of those little wussy deer he smacked. A real PNW deer would have trashed the front, crumped the hood and at the very least cracked the windshield as it went over the top.

Digging all the oil spots under the car though... reminds me of my VW bus...

One piece of advice... When you see a deer, aim for it. If you do it will try and get out of the way. Half the time the reason people hit them is they try and miss the deer while the deer is trying to dodge/run away and wind up going the same way. Unless they are just suicidal like this one sounded like it was....
