What is everyone complaining about? If you are paying to get to Vegas & think this is a good opportunity for you, then bid on the ticket. Just cuz you paid, doesn't make you lower than the guy that got invited - it just means you don't advertise through CyberCat or Sleazydream. It's a great opportunity for anyone who is able to attend the show - you are there, why not take the opportunity to meet a fair amount of big players in a quieter environment with less distractions? I think it's not a high price to pay for a fantastic networking & pr event - then again, I probably make 1:100th of what anyone of you do and if I was able to get myself to Vegas - TRUST ME this would be the ticket I would buy - I'd rather sleep on the streets & not eat in Vegas but I'd invest in this event.
