SEO question - does it hurt to...

Will hurt a well ranking page if we add a sextracker counter with their referral stats code to it? I'm thinking in regards to keyword density and PR?

As far as I can tell it does not hurt rankings mainly because the script is written in JA VA Script and google kinda scans it but does not penalize for it, but I could be wrong.

If i were you i would not have any JA VA Script on your webpage just good old HTML always works the best for SEO
