i had a chance to visit the members area of a site i'm promoting and was disturbed by what i saw. the models looked more like 15-16 than 18. however, the site gives the disclaimer that all models are over 18 and their custodian of records is in california.

my question is: how much weight should be given to the 2257 disclaimer? if a site that has underage models can still put it up and claim they're all over 18, how can promoters actually know whether its true?

i'm going to stay away from it anyway, but i wanted to get other people's take on this.

I can't speak for your sponsor, but I have a couple Asian models who look sorta young in one of my pay sites. However, I don't "portray" them as being underage in any way. That would be just stupid.

I know the producer, and I also keep the actual model ID files on the server in a private folder, along with a publicly available 2257.

It would be suicide to have underage models in a site, free or paid.

That 2257 is just to point the way to the records, and they damned well better be in order.
