I am looking to hire a good graphics designer AND/OR web designer.

Skillz Required:

5+ yrs web-design experience
3+ years dynamic site building (middle-front end) COLDFUSION PREFERRED
2+ yrs flash
Some Print Ad Experience
SLICK Graphic Design Skills

Minimum 5 URLS Required - Please Explain EXACTLY what you contributed to the site(s)

Hope you play to pay more then 100k a year for all the experience plus they have to move to wherever you are.

You should mention salary range and where you are.

It shouldn't be $100k / year for someone with that experience, maybe "close" but still.

I love NC. I would move my entire family there. Might choose to live in Cornelius, Concord or Mooresville - I love the NASCAR scene...but that's only a 30 mile communte at worst.

Unfortunately, I don't have that much flash experience.

That type of experience is paying some good money. Min 60k imo.

Find some Indian or Chinese guys, and do H1B visa, or sponsor green card. $50,000 top. (that's about twice of what I am getting)
