Shannen's ex in Paris-ian skin flick

It's a hell of a way to see Paris: A sex video allegedly featuring hotel heiress Paris Hilton may soon be available on the Internet.

Sources say a porn site plans to show footage of the then-19-year-old having sex with a man who later married Shannen Doherty.

Seattle-based Internet pornographer Roger Vadocz told Us magazine that the man in the video is Rick Solomon, 33, who split from the "Charmed" actress. Separate sources confirmed to us the tape is authentic.

"It's hard-core," reports our video voyeur.

"It was shot around three years ago in Rick's Hollywood Hills home," says another source. "I think it was about a year before he met Shannen."

Solomon recently launched a clothing and video venture, Beverly Hills Pimps and Hos, which calls itself "an A-list 'Girls Gone Wild.'" G-rated clips of women frolicking at Hollywood parties - including Paris - can be seen on the company's Web site.

But a rep for Solomon insisted he had nothing to do with Vadocz's product. A spokeswoman told us, "Rick is not profiting from this tape."

Vadocz did not respond to requests for comment.

Hilton, 22, is in Australia and was unavailable to comment. But a spokeswoman for the Hilton family told us, "her lawyers are definitely involved."

Doherty and Solomon split last October after nine months of marriage but are said to have made up. Hilton and Doherty engaged in an infamous catfight over the steamy Solomon.

A rep for Doherty told us yesterday, "Shannen and Rick are not reconciled [as husband and wife], but remain friends."
