Their attorney probably watched one too many internet videos.... being so small on the screen and forcing him to sit 2" away from the monitor to get the same effect as his big screen TV.... and probably got used to that and wrote with small fonts.

I take termed as to mean it's no longer on this particular set of dockets for whatever reason. I believe that is where the plantiff dropped the case.. could be because of a settlement or some kind of deal made.

yes of course! but actually, several records had the same comments.... the defendants were trying to put up some roadblocks about Acacia's tactics, and i guess the judge overruled...probably because they saw nothing wrong with the "marketing" materials or tactics used.
