Non nude consent

I was wondering if you need consent forms for models that will not be nude, for example lingerie models or bikini models. Or is the fact that they are posing conesnt enough.

Consent has nothing to do with nudity..
A release gives you permission to use the photos.. no matter the content..

What do the forms need to say exactly? Do they need to be drawn up by an attorney or can I just make then saying that the model releases the pictures to me? Thanks in advance.

i'm sure you could find something suitable on the internet, or check around with some photog sites, etc. i know some of them have pre-printed release forms.

although it's always good to consult a lawyer about legal things

It's just stuff that I have questions about. I have been watching this board, I find it interesting and I have learned quite a bit so far. I just have a few ideas, and I was wondering what kind of things would go into making them happen. If anyone has any links to consent forms, please post them. Thanks.
