The term face transplant is a bit deceiving. It's really just a facial skin and underlaying tissue transplant. Your muscle and bone structure doesn't change.

The basis of that story was basically a lie for entertainment purposes (which is what news shows have become these days). They kept on implying that you could take on a whole new look, but didn't actually say that.
