Im an ex employee from candid and I just wanted to get some shit off my mind.candid has SOME really good employees. if it comes to windows you will get your shit taken care, for the windows admin really knows his shit....or if its a build or hardware issue the 2 guys that take care of that really really know there shit. The unix admins know there shit but there problems are they think there shit does not stink....half the time they set shit up for a customer and send the info out and there will be a problem not thats a big deal but taking a week to get it fixed is.And im not a disgrunted employee in fact it was a blessing in disguise for me.I enjoyed my time there learned a lot..lots of knowledge there.but i just felt it was time to get it off my mind.by the way is it not illegal to make a person work for 12 hours with out a lunch or a break in the state of Fl.(A RIGHT TO WORK STATE)until next time

You may not be a disgrunttled employee but I sure am a fuckin' disgrunttled customer.
My site is shit, my traffic is shit but I pay my cash and wouldn't mind a bit of service.
AGAIN, today my site is down, same old shit.
Customer relations at Candid need the biggest kick up the ass to knock them into touch.

I've been with Candid for 4 years and never had a problem.
Thats a miracle as before i was with Tamer Diazy (anyone remember him) in Pittsburg and the sites were more down than up!

Don't matter who you are with some people will always find there is a problem somewhere.
Candid so far have been fine with me.
