6' 1" - 188lbs. Have a little gut, but pretty toned everywhere else. Been going to the gym for 7 months and have converted about 10lbs of fat I used to have into muscle.

I started off pretty weak when I started, now I feel pretty confident with the results so far. I am up to (I know it's not the only thing to go by, but anyways) 135lb for my last set of bench press going to failure. My max single bench would probably be 150ish or something, not sure.

I really want to lose some weight though as we're going snowboarding in February and I really want to be able to go all day rather than getting tired after one run.

They do its called the gym , a person with 20-30 lbs to lose . Who commits to 4 days a week at the gym lifting weights, not walking mindlessly on a tread mill. Doing hard work. Can radically change their body in less than 90 days. Also woman cant be afraid of lifting some real weight. I once went to a seminar the guy was a body builder and MD , he said ladies if you are lifting using 5 lb weights you mind as well sit at home and eat Oreos because you are doing nothing.

I know this girl that wants to be a porn star, she is very hot. One of the sexiest girls I ever shot. What's sitting between her becoming a big porn star and her not is about 60 days in the gym but its easier to make excuses than do the work . lol
